About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Feed Operations Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the feed department, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with safety policies and location equipment operation
- Develop, build, and support the team concept within the organization
- Establish and communicate department goals with the feed team
Key Requirements:
- Valid state motor vehicle operator's license and good driving record preferred
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
