Role
As SOC Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of security analysts responsible for protecting customers from evolving cyber threats. You will oversee incident detection, triage, response, and escalation processes while continuously enhancing SOC capabilities, operational efficiency, and security outcomes.
Requirements
- 5 years in SOC operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence platforms
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and incident response methodologies
