Job Overview:
As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth intake, processing, and shipment of customer orders. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Intake & Inventory Management
- Receive and accurately log incoming packages into the system.
- Verify package contents against order forms to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and maintain inventory of cards and other materials for grading and shipping processes.
Processing & Fulfillment
- Assist in preparing cards and associated documentation for grading.
- Safely handle collectible cards to ensure no damage or mishandling occurs.
- Update internal systems to track the status of orders throughout the fulfillment process.
Packing & Shipping
- Carefully pack and label orders for shipment to ensure items are securely and correctly sent to customers.
- Coordinate with shipping providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and track outgoing shipments, resolving any logistical issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in logistics/fulfillment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and ability to learn inventory management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages (up to [30 lbs.]) as needed.
- Experience or interest in trading cards, collectibles, or related industries is a bonus.
