The Chief People Officer will lead all aspects of the people strategy within a fast-growing cybersecurity organization. This strategic leader will oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, total rewards, and culture initiatives that align with the company’s mission to protect and empower its clients through innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports business objectives and fosters a high-performance culture.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all organizational and talent-related matters.
- Lead workforce planning, employee engagement, DEI initiatives, and leadership development programs.
- Oversee HR operations, including compensation, benefits, and compliance.
- Champion employee experience and organizational values across global teams.
Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive HR business partner or people leadership experience, ideally within technology or cybersecurity-driven environments.
- Proven track record of scaling organizations and driving transformation in dynamic, high-growth settings.
- Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
Salary : $280,000 - $310,000
