Key Responsibilities
Inventory Oversight & Accountability
- Serve as primary owner of inventory accuracy for the Distribution Center
- Perform daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to root cause, ensuring timely and documented resolution
- Track, document, and maintain accurate inventory transactions including receipts, adjustments, and returns.
- Support return-to-stock and scrap processes, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct layout reviews to optimize space, part organization, and counting accuracy.
- Use ERP system and other tools to maintain accurate real-time data.
- Partner closely with warehouse, production, and fulfillment teams to resolve inventory issues and prevent recurrenceCommunicate clearly and professionally regarding discrepancies, adjustments, and process gaps
- Participate in root cause analysis and support corrective action implementation
- Follow, support, and help reinforce SOPs, safety standards, and 6S practices across operations
- Assist with tracking and reporting KPIs related to inventory accuracy, discrepancies, and processing timelines
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and share recommendations with leadership
- Participate in audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Inventory Accuracy: Inventory records consistently align with physical counts, with variances resolved quickly and documented thoroughly.
- Ownership & Accountability: Inventory issues are owned from identification, through resolution, without handoffs or delays
- Process Reliability: Standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed consistently, and improvements are suggested when gaps are identified.
- Collaboration: Strong working relationships are built with production, warehouse, and leadership teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Operational Efficiency: Cycle counts, returns, and scrap processes are completed within established timelines, minimizing disruptions to production and customer orders.
- Continuous Improvement: Opportunities for efficiency and accuracy improvements are identified and shared, contributing to Lean and 6S initiatives.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 – 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or production support
- Experience supporting a distribution center or outbound fulfillment preferred
- Familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow through
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environment a plus

- Base Salary Range: $22 - $25/hr (Range is based on experience, skills, and role alignment within the organization.)
- Bonus Eligibility: Eligible for a performance-based bonus of up 4% – 10% of base annual salary, based on individual, team, and company performance.
