- Operate equipment and control processes in the production of high quality/high value whey products, successfully applying learned knowledge of processes and production methods.
- Effectively operate state-of-the-art equipment involved with the isolation of protein products.
- Regulate production factors such as solids, temperature, pH; making adjustments to meet all set points.
- Take frequent readings; accurately logging up to 50 variables per hour.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Accurately scopes out length and difficulty of tasks and projects, sets objectives and goals, breaks down work into the process steps, develops schedules and assignments, anticipates and adjusts for problems or roadblocks, measures performance against goals, evaluates results.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with managers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
