Position Overview
As Agromin continues to expand, the Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in shaping the technology backbone that drives our success. This position is not just about systems—it’s about enabling efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the organization. You will be the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring our systems evolve to support Agromin’s ambitious growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze & Design: Gather and evaluate business requirements to define system needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Develop & Implement: Design, configure, and deploy business systems that optimize operations and enhance user experience.
- Manage & Maintain: Oversee and continuously improve platforms including Sage 100, Cimcloud, WordPress, CRM, Logistics Software, ScaleIT, and more.
- Collaborate: Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align technology with business goals.
- Train & Support: Create user-friendly training materials and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and efficiency.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions that keep Agromin competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in business systems analysis and development.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems, e-commerce integration, B2B portal management, and CRM integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Webmaster experience is a plus.
- Hybrid position. Must live in Ventura County, CA
