Key Responsibilities
- Prepare & load product for shipments: bulk, rail, pallets & racks
- Schedule and coordinate transportation to ship products
- Operate and maintain computerized manufacturing system
- Operate manufacturing production equipment
- Physically operates packaging operations
- Filling containers, loading & stacking on pallets and wrapping for shipments
- Operation of forklift, hand truck, dolly and other devices
- Off-load railcars & trucks and receive into inventory through computerized system
- Maintain & inventory product load samples
- Perform basic maintenance, repairs and inspections on pumps used to move liquid products
- Assist with product cycle inventory counts
- Update & maintain accurate materials records
- Material identification, damage and shortage reports
- General maintenance as directed
- Moving materials between departments using routings or tickets
- Assist with maintaining LEAN operation tasks
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all safety policies, procedures and protocols at all times.
- Assist with special site related projects as directed
- Additional misc duties as deemed necessary by management

- Ag related experience a plus
- Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office & ERP system
- Excellent Customer Service and Communications Skills
- Outstanding Attitude and Work Ethic
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Ability to stand; sit; lift, squat, stoop and/or move over 50 lbs.
- Forklift experience
- Driver’s License with good driving record.
Salary : $24 - $28
