The New Mexico County Reinsurance, Inc. (NMCRe), a fully owned captive of the New Mexico County Insurance Authority Pool (NMCIA), seeks an experienced professional to serve as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will provide operational oversight of NMCRe, including vendor management, budget, regulatory compliance, records management, and Board support. Qualified candidates should have experience in insurance, risk management, captive insurance operations, public entity risk pools, or related fields. Strong organizational, financial, and leadership skills are required.
