What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Operations Specialist position at Agriland FS?
AGRILAND FS is looking for a highly productive and organized individual to provide leadership for multiple projects including successful implementation of salesforce. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will work in our Winterset corporate office to build and manage processes and strategies to help increase and improve efficiencies and technologies throughout the organization.
Core responsibilities:
- Lead organization in succesful implementation of salesforce
- Develop, implement, manage, and maintain improvements to increase operational efficiencies
- Work with management and accounting staff to recommend adoption of processes, procedures, training curriculum, and technologies to improve processes that support sales, inventory, and facility operations
- Work with leadership throughout the organization to identify and drive business transformation and delivery of technology capabilities
What we need from you:
- Experience in execution of salesforce
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in related areas, such as information systems, accounting, or business
- 5 years or more of relevant work experience, with demonstrated working knowledge of operations and experience leading complex projects
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to build relationships, identify needs, and make recommendations for improvement
- Skilled in planning and time management with strong professional communication, interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion skills
- Attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills
