Now Hiring: Industrial Painter
Do you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and like working both indoors and outdoors? AGRILAND FS is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our Construction team as an Industrial Painter. This position offers the opportunity to travel, work on a variety of projects, and help maintain and improve our facilities throughout Iowa and beyond.
What You'll Do:
- Paint new LP, Fuel, and NH₃ bulk plants, nurse tanks, and other facilities
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, pressure washing, and media blasting
- Mix and apply industrial coatings using spray equipment, brushes, and rollers
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Operate equipment including manlifts, paint sprayers, and media blasting machines
- Coordinate the delivery and pickup of project materials and supplies
- Travel throughout Iowa and occasionally to southern states during the winter for scheduled projects
- Support construction teams and local locations when weather conditions prevent painting work

What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to lift at least 60 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a Class A CDL
- Ability to travel as projects require
