As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will receive in-house paid CDL and equipment training, work independently and with a team. Work assignments vary throughout the week and the season.

Core Responsibilities
- Apply cover crop seeding to fields according to recommended rates and procedures
- Record application data according to regulations and AGRILAND FS, Inc. standards
- Set up material handling, blending, storage, transport and application equipment for accurate and efficient blending, delivery and application of products
- Maintain all equipment, including a wide variety of light and heavy equipment together with transport equipment to provide the proper image and extend the life of equipment
- Stay current on technical information
- Assist with any operational and customer service needs at assigned location
- Paid, in-house training and certification for DOT License and Endorsements for a Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements
