What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custom Applicator position at Agriland FS?
AGRILAND FS is looking for a motivated, dependable, and mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working outside in good weather, operating a variety of agriculture equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will receive in-house paid CDL and equipment training, work independently and with a team, and assist with agronomy, propane, and fuel operations. Work assignments vary throughout the week and the season.

What we need from you:
- Strong work ethic, self-starting skills, and teamwork skills
- Some mechanical aptitude and enjoy learning about equipment operation and maintenance
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, crawl, climb, and reach difficult areas as job demands
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
