What We Need From You
- Bachelor's degree in an agriculture-related field or equivalent experience with a desire to make an impact on your rural community
- A good agriculture aptitude with the ability to learn
- Sales experience desired, but not required
- Strong business skills, such as ability to collaborate, communication skills, dedicated customer focus, and solid decision-making abilities
- Confidence to offer agronomic solutions to increase a customer's yield and profitability
