Support the sales and loan production teams. Work with loan procedures, credit structure, collateralization, and file documentation. Requires solid understanding of loan collateralization for variety of loans, maintain and build accurate credit files, complete and keep updated quarterly schedules/reports. Must be detail oriented and able to communicate effectively with the team regarding information necessary to have complete files/documentation. Requires 2 to 10 years in banking or related industry, proficient with Excel and lending software programs.
