cooperative is seeking a Plant Sanitarian who will be responsible for
the oversight of the West Springfield facility sanitation program
regarding food safety, quality, CIP/COP, manual cleaning of all areas
and equipment, Master Sanitation, management of cleaning chemicals,
titration program, dry cleaning, troubleshooting CIP systems and
managing SSOPs in various fluid operations, drying operations and butter
operations. It is imperative that this individual has the skill and
ability to handle regulatory inspections, quality, audits, personnel and
Food Safety Decisions When And As Required. Responsibilities Will
include, among others: Maintain plant sanitation program (MSS, internal
auditing, titrations, SSOPs, CIP/COP systems), Train employees on
quality-related topics, Support food defense plan and PEM program,
Maintain technical information necessary required for sanitation,
quality and regulatory compliance, Support SQF audits, regulatory
inspections and customer audits and documentation compliance for audits,
Follow food safety and quality regulations and comply with all plant,
State, Federal, OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP and SQF guidelines and
regulations for food safety and food quality. Agri-Mark\'s support of
employee growth includes promoting from within, training and tuition
reimbursement. Typical schedule would be Monday- Friday 8am- 4pm,
however, flexibility is needed to oversee sanitation & be involved in
audits. Schedule may change depending on plant production needs. Average
compensation range is \$57,000-\$66,000/year, full-time salaried
position. Starting pay is dependent upon employee\'s skills and
