Accounts Receivable/Order Entry Specialist

SUMMARY

Agri-King is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to become an Accounts Receivable/Order Entry Specialist for our Fulton, Illinois home office. The Accounts Receivable/Order Entry Specialist is a key part of our Accounting Department team that manages all accounts receivable and order entry functions through NetSuite. This full-time position comes with competitive pay plus benefits like health insurance, 401(k), yearly profit sharing, and monthly bonuses.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Represent Agri-King in a professional manner
• Order entry
• Receive, prepare and post client payments
• Assist clients with invoice, statement and payment questions
• Process and mail client statements each month
• Monthly review and communication with clients on past due accounts
• Communicate with outside collection agency
• Develop skills needed to help carry out Agri-King’s goals

QUALIFICATIONS

• Computer skills in Microsoft Office and accounting software programs
• Must be detail-orientated with respect to documentation and communication
• High school diploma required and Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Have good written and verbal communication skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Work from Agri-King’s office in Fulton, IL
• Typical work schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
• Business Casual dress
