What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cannabis Post Harvest Technician position at Agri-Kind NJ?
OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Post Harvest Manager, the Post Harvest Technician will perform various tasks focused on post-harvest functions throughout the Cultivation Facility as assigned by leadership.
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform standard post-harvest duties including harvesting, bucking, sorting, trimming, packaging, labeling, order fulfillment, and other duties as assigned by leadership
Maintain accurate data and counts of all products and processes
Input of any daily logs and data collection
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist administration and regular inventory audits
Waste Disposal
Assistance with other departments as needed.
Comply with HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure
Perform in a manner consistent with company goals and values
Behave in a collaborative fashion, working with team members to improve efficiencies and optimization
Other Duties as Assigned based on business demands
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Experience operating Biotrack, MJ Freeway, Metrc, or similar “Seed to Sale” Software programs.
Ability to learn basic knowledge CRC regulations and OSHA laws.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to bend, reach, and squat periodically. Ability to lift to 20lbs. Ability to work in hot and cool environments with constant changes in temperature and humidity.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent G.E.D. 1- 2 years' experience of performing administrative duties.
