Enterprise Applications Engineer

AgReserves, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented and analytical Enterprise Applications Engineer to join our corporate IT team!

Sumarry:

The Enterprise Applications Engineer I provides technical support, implementation, and training for enterprise applications. This role ensures systems meet business needs, supports users, and contributes to the development and delivery of application strategies. The engineer collaborates across departments to maintain system integrity and optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support for assigned enterprise applications, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and user training.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and align application functionality.
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of enterprise software solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and training materials.
• Create and execute test plans for patches, upgrades, and new features.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.
• Participate in application lifecycle management, including planning, deployment, and support.
• Stay current with industry trends and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 2 years of experience in IT application support or product management.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and client/server technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and high integrity.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or HRIS is a plus.
• This is an in-office position, based at the SLC Corporate Headquarters. Eligible candidates must be willing and able to work onsite daily, during standard office hours.

• Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs; sitting, standing, walking; frequent computer and phone use; occasional reaching or bending; adequate vision for reading and computer work; minimal physical exertion.
• Climate‑controlled office; routine office equipment; quiet to moderate noise; occasional travel; occasional after‑hours work; PPE only in designated or non‑routine areas.
