Ag Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking an energetic Agriculture Customer Service Specialist. This Specialist will work closely with our network of amazing dealers. This role involves answering dealer calls and emails and assisting our dealers in choosing and purchasing the correct product, resolving problems and submitting orders. Willingness to acquire product knowledge and build lasting dealer relationships is required. Location is in our Houghton, Iowa office with visits to dealer locations, job sites, dealer meetings and farm shows as needed. Compensation dependent on experience.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
