Technical Analyst – IT Operations & Service Delivery
Location: Phoenix, AZ
About the Role
We''re seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to support enterprise IT Operations by driving project delivery, process improvement, service management, and operational reporting. This role partners with IT and business stakeholders to improve IT services, standardize processes, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate IT operational initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Analyze and improve IT processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Service Desk, and business teams to deliver IT solutions.
- Develop SOPs, process documentation, and governance standards.
- Track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics; create dashboards and executive reports.
- Support IT governance, audit, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate project status and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in IT Operations, Technical Analysis, IT Service Delivery, ITSM, PMO, or Process Improvement.
- Experience leading or coordinating enterprise IT projects or operational initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management best practices.
- Experience with process documentation, governance, KPI reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

- ServiceNow or Freshservice
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Power BI or advanced Excel reporting
