AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Scheduler to join our growing team.
Client note:
Seeking a Senior Integrated Scheduler to support a large-scale Workers Compensation System Modernization (WCSM) Program involving the replacement of 100 legacy systems. The resource will own the program-level integrated schedule, critical path analysis, resource planning, risk tracking, schedule reporting, and coordination across multiple projects and workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project.
- Integrate schedules across multiple projects, workstreams, PMs, SMEs, and stakeholders.
- Perform critical path, dependency, resource, baseline, and schedule variance analysis.
- Identify and track schedule risks, issues, dependencies, and impacts.
- Prepare weekly schedule reports and monthly program status reports.
- Support PMO governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop and maintain the Program Schedule Management Plan.
- Establish scheduling standards and provide Microsoft Project coaching/knowledge transfer.
- Provide schedule forecasts, recommendations, and escalation of potential delays.
Must-Have Skills
- 8 years of experience in project/program scheduling or PMO.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Project.
- Strong experience with Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS).

- Schedule Forecasting
- Experience coordinating schedules across multiple projects/workstreams.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with large-scale IT modernization/transformation programs.
- Government/public-sector experience.
- Experience with legacy system replacement or modernization.
- Workers compensation, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated-industry experience.
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
- PMP, PMI-SP, or other scheduling/project management certification.
- Experience developing Schedule Management Plans and mentoring project teams.
