Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead and grow key client relationships in the IT solutions and staffing space. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in IT consulting, enterprise account management, and business development. You'll manage high-value accounts, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored technology and workforce solutions.
Compensation
Base Salary: Starting at $80,000 annually (DOE)
Bonus Commission: Performance-based, with high six-figure earnings potential for top performers
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow enterprise client relationships; act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders
Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing business
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure
Partner with internal teams (recruiting, delivery, technical) to ensure excellent client service
Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations aligned to client goals
Stay current on industry trends and client business needs to offer strategic guidance
Qualifications
5 years of experience in IT staffing, account management, or consulting services
Proven success managing large/enterprise client accounts
Strong business development skills with a consultative approach
Familiarity with IT solutions, staffing models, and technical project delivery
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Collaborative, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience working with large enterprise clients and navigating complex organizations
Background in IT solution sales
Exposure to Fortune 500 client environments
