AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking a highly experienced .NET Enterprise Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern, modular banking platforms as part of a major digital transformation program. This role requires a visionary architect with deep technical expertise, strong leadership capability, and a proven ability to drive innovation across enterprise environments. You will architect scalable, reusable solutions using microservices, APIs, and cloud-native technologies while guiding distributed teams across onsite and offshore locations. Ideal for a senior technologist with extensive banking industry experience and a passion for building the future of digital finance.

Job Responsibilities

• Architect Reusable Systems: Design component-based, reusable services and common frameworks using a lego block architecture for scalability and maintainability.
• Modernize Platforms: Drive the development of modern, modular applications built on microservices and API-first principles moving away from monolithic systems.
• Own Enterprise Architecture: Lead architecture, design, and technical delivery for large-scale banking applications.
• Translate Business Needs: Work closely with business stakeholders to convert lending, loan servicing, note finance, and financial workflows into robust technical solutions.
• End-to-End Ownership: Architect across the full stack .NET, Angular, APIs, Azure Cloud, and integrations.
• Engineering Leadership: Guide teams on coding standards, architectural patterns, and quality best practices.
• Modernization & Cloud: Oversee application modernization, API development, cloud migration, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.
• Manage Delivery: Oversee sprint planning, estimation, technical delivery, and release coordination across onsite/offshore teams.
• Drive Innovation: Introduce new technologies and approaches to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure architectural compliance with operational, security, and regulatory standards.
• Documentation: Develop architecture roadmaps, design documents, and detailed technical recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
• Strong banking or financial services background experience in lending, loan servicing, note finance, or specialized financial workflows is highly preferred.
• Deep hands-on expertise in:
• .NET / C# application architecture
• Angular (latest versions)
• API development & Microservices
• Azure Services (App Services, Azure Functions, Front Door, API Gateway, Traffic Manager, SQL)
• Cloudflare performance/security
• Unit testing frameworks
• Proven experience managing offshore teams and distributed delivery.
• Strong grasp of enterprise integration patterns, event-driven architecture, and modular application design.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Education Required

• Bachelor 's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Experience with lending systems, FIS modules, financial regulatory compliance, security controls, or cloud governance.
• Knowledge of data analytics or machine learning workflows.
