JOB SUMMARY
This role owns end-to-end US payroll, benefits, and HR operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely employee lifecycle management. The position partners with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, and audit readiness. Acting as the single point of contact for HR systems, the role ensures data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a strong employee experience within a global HR governance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Compensation
- End-to-end ownership of US payroll in coordination with external vendors - Accurate processing of paychecks, bonuses, relocation, sign-on and variable pay - Payroll compliance across federal, state, and local regulations - Payroll audits, reconciliations, W-2/W-4 and year-end filings
Onboarding & Lifecycle
- End-to-end onboarding including I-9, E-Verify, background checks - Offboarding including final payroll, benefits closure, documentation - Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems
Benefits & Total Rewards
- Administer US benefits including health insurance, 401(k), leaves - Manage open enrollment and benefits renewals - Liaison with brokers and vendors - Support Total Rewards audits and benchmarking
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, EEO, ADA, OSHA, HIPAA - Support internal and external audits - Policy implementation aligned to global HR governance
HR Systems & Data
- SPOC for HRIS, payroll and benefits platforms - Data accuracy, confidentiality and reporting - HR metrics and dashboards
Technical & Functional Competencies
- US payroll and tax compliance expertise - HRIS and payroll platforms (Workday/ADP/Paychex/UKG) - Benefits administration - Audit readiness and reporting

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) - 8–12 years HR Operations experience - 5 years managing US payroll and benefits - Experience in global organizations preferred
