Bergen County litigation firm specializing in diverse personal injury matters is seeking a full time Associate, admitted to the NJ bar, with 1-4 years general litigation experience. Our office presents a friendly and congenial work environment. We have 7 attorneys and a support staff of 10 legal assistants and paralegals with considerable experience. We take pride in producing excellent work product. Our office is equipped with cutting edge case management technology. This position presents an opportunity to learn and be trained in the area of Personal Injury litigation. Our associates handle and manage their own caseload, with guidance, and have immediate client contact and court experience. Responsibilities will include handling negotiations, depositions, motion practice, arbitrations, calendar calls and trial experience. Our firm is committed to client service and providing exceptional legal representation. We require our attorneys and employees to be understanding and compassionate with our clients and their concerns.
