Role Description The Finance Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations and decision-making. This position will manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as processing invoices, recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end close. The Finance Specialist will prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements and management reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. The role will also involve partnering with internal teams to track key financial metrics, monitor spending, and ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant financial policies. In addition, the Finance Specialist will assist with audits, maintain accurate financial records, and help identify process improvements to increase financial efficiency and transparency.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with hands-on experience in general ledger management, budgeting, and financial operations.

- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting quantitative data, building financial models, and evaluating business performance.
- Clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software tools; experience in SaaS or technology startups is beneficial.
