Responsibilities

• Prepare, wipe down, and inspect parts before painting
• Select and apply the correct paint for specific jobs
• Verify proper paint coverage and mil thickness
• Touch up areas where paint is missing or does not meet quality standards
• Move parts manually or with a hoist or crane
• Mark, palletize, stack, or organize painted materials as needed
• Perform daily light maintenance and inspection of paint equipment
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and free of debris

Qualifications

• Industrial painting experience preferred
• Ability to pass a respirator fit test and wear a respirator while painting
• Ability to understand basic blueprints and/or piece orders
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to lift, move, palletize, and stack materials safely
• Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn
• Reliable transportation to our location in Merrill, WI
