AGRA is seeking a Final Assembly Foreman to lead our Final Assembly team. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure products are assembled correctly, maintain quality standards, and help meet production schedules. This is a hands-on leadership position that works closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Shipping teams to keep projects moving efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead employees in the Final Assembly department.
- Assign daily work based on production schedules, priorities, and employee skills.
- Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or assignments to meet deadlines.
- Ensure products are assembled according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Verify employees have the tools, materials, and information needed to complete their work.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with other departments to resolve them.
- Assist employees with reading blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
- Provide hands-on assembly support when needed.
- Inspect work throughout the assembly process and address quality concerns.
- Train and coach employees on assembly procedures, quality expectations, and safety practices.
- Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and overall performance.
- Support performance reviews and employee development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and workflow.
- Communicate production delays, material shortages, and other concerns to management.
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, mechanical assembly, or a related field required.
- Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing production needs.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively with employees and departments across the organization.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
