We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will manage existing client relationships, expand our market presence, and contribute to the continued growth of AGQ USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio valued at approximately $3 million.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service and support for laboratory testing needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and trade show participation.
- Develop and execute a structured sales strategy to increase revenue from both existing and new customers.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track performance, and report progress.
- Collaborate with internal technical and laboratory teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and performance reports.
- Represent AGQ USA professionally in industry events and client meetings.
- Maintain a high level of familiarity with ISO 17025 policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous laboratory testing experience in an ISO 17025-accredited lab strongly preferred.
- Proven success in outside sales, account management, or business development roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently.
- Must live within commuting distance of our laboratory or be willing to relocate.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 (DOE)
- Commission Structure: Based on growth from both existing and new client sales
- On-Track Earnings: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
- Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly; commissions paid quarterly; end-of-year bonus potential
