What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Rep. - Outside Sales position at AgPro?
Job Duties:
- Initiate outbound calls to customers for follow up after the sale
- Route call information as needed to appropriate store personnel and related team members.
- Answer and follow-up timely on calls.
- Discuss and upsell extended warranty program as applicable, share leads.
- Coordinate resolution process from start to finish.
- Report issues with unresolved problems to appropriate team.
- Process documentation as required
- All other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years dispatch or Customer Service preferred.
- Call Center experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Good telephone communication skills required.
- Basic data entry and retrieval skills required.
