What You’ll Do
- Drive leasing performance by converting leads into qualified residents
- Conduct engaging property tours and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline through follow-ups, outreach, and referrals
- Ensure full compliance with affordable housing regulations and documentation
- Process applications, verifications, and certifications accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high occupancy levels and minimize vacancy loss
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents
- Collaborate with property management to optimize leasing strategies and marketing efforts
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales ability (leasing, real estate, retail, or similar high-performance sales roles)
- Strong closing skills and a goal-oriented mindset
- Experience with or knowledge of affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8) preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and compliance accuracy
- Ability to thrive underpressure and consistently meet or exceed targets
- Tech-savvy (CRM/property management software experience a plus)
