Sr. Product Manager – AI

As Agora’s AI Product Manager, you will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our generative and conversational AI solutions. You’ll conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities, define product requirements, and drive the roadmap from concept to launch.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll guide product development, shape go-to-market strategies, and ensure our AI products deliver real value to customers. As a subject matter expert and advocate, you’ll represent Agora’s AI vision to partners and industry leaders.

You’ll define key success metrics, champion ethical AI principles, and help position Agora at the forefront of intelligent, privacy-focused innovation.

Responsibilities 

•  Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agora’s AI products and solutions, with a focus on generative and conversational AI solutions.
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer research in Agora’s target markets globally and translate that information into key insights that inform our roadmap
• Gather, manage, define , and prioritize product requirements 
• Act as the customer advocate, understanding the voice of the customer, and articulating and representing customer needs 
• Highlight growth opportunities and recommended areas for investment, with a strong supporting business case 
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product delivery and manage the product lifecycle 
• Define Go-to-Market strategy for key products and partner with Product Marketing, Marketing, and Sales on GTM plans and execution 
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on Agora’s products and technology, with an in-depth focus on our AI solutions 
• Thought leadership, acting as an evangelist for Agora’s products and solutions with customers, partners, and industry influencers
• Drive the discovery process for new use case validation and customer adoption of AI products
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and inform continuous improvement
• Ensure that AI products adhere to ethical guidelines, focusing on fairness, transparency and user privacy
  
  

 

Qualifications 

• 7 years of combined experience as a Product Manager and Senior Product Manager, building and delivering successful SaaS or PaaS products.
• 2 years of experience in leading products supporting live streaming and B2B video
• 2 years of experience leading product management for successful AI products
• 2 years of experience as a software developer working on AI-based applications using Python and Golang.
• Deep technical proficiency and understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), voice, video, speech-to-text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS)
• Must possess strong technical and business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes, without having formal authority 
• Proven track record in defining, delivering, and driving market-leading products throughout the product lifecycle
• Experience in defining key performance metrics that drive business intelligence and enable informed decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor, grow, and develop junior product managers
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed, data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with data privacy laws and AI regulations to ensure compliance in product development
• Experience as a co-founder and working in a startup environment (strongly preferred)
• Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin
  
  

The Pay Range For This Role Is

180,000 - 230,000 USD per year (HQ)
