About the role:We’re looking for an Account Executive Team Lead who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment. In this role, you’ll combine leadership with hands-on selling: guiding a small team of AEs while managing your own pipeline. You’ll work closely with prospective customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Agora creates real business value.What your day would look like:Serve as a player-coach - support and mentor 1-2 AEs while leading by exampleBuild meaningful relationships with prospective customers and decision-makersDrive new logo growth and competitive winsManage the full sales cycle - prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiationsBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline through inbound and outbound activitiesDevelop targeted outreach strategies across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise real estate firmsConsistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goalsMaintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in HubSpotShare insights to improve our sales playbooks and processesPartner with Customer Success, Product, and R&D to ensure a seamless customer journeySupport quoting, order processing, and post-sale coordinationEssential qualifications:3–5 years of proven success as an Account Executive selling a complex solutionExperience mentoring or supporting other sales teammatesExperience selling into real estate or financial services preferred, but not requiredProven ability to manage complex, full-cycle dealsExperience working with SMB and/or mid-market clientsComfortable building pipeline from the ground upStrong relationship-building, listening, and negotiation skillsOrganized, dependable, and proactive - with excellent time managementA collaborative, growth-minded approachAbility to travel for key customer meetings and industry eventsWillingness to work out of Chelsea NYC office 3-4 times per weekProfessional fluency in EnglishWhy you’ll love working at AgoraAt Agora, we believe people do their best work when they’re supported, trusted, and empowered to grow.
