The Job
The Account Manager's role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with dealer partners, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring alignment with our credit and portfolio management policies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with dealer clients to foster long-term collaboration and growth.
- Dealer Onboarding: Guide new dealer partners through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration into the program.
- Daily Coordination: Conduct daily huddles with sales partners and make outbound calls to capture applications from dealer partners.
- Credit Policy Compliance: Periodically review deals for credit policy exceptions, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Title Float Management: Manage title float for dealer partners, including presenting to the executive team for title float increases or deactivations.
- Problem Resolution: Follow up with dealership owners on buyback scenarios and provide proactive solutions.
- Program Advocacy: Present the added value of the program by effectively selling limited upfront net checks while highlighting the benefit of Additional Loan Profit (ALP).
- Dealer Recognition: Conduct face-to-face dealership award presentations to strengthen relationships and recognize achievements.
- Data Analysis: Review Tableau reports and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Portfolio Management: Collaborate with dealership owners to review current portfolios and balance sheets, determining the status of Additional Loan Profit disbursements.

- Previous experience in account management, sales, or the automotive industry is a plus.
- Proficient in English; Spanish, a plus.
