Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), located in Plainfield, IL, with partial work-from-home flexibility. In this position, the professional will provide mental health services, including counseling, and therapeutic interventions to clients of diverse backgrounds and ages. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver the highest quality care. This role requires a compassionate, client-centered approach, supporting individuals in their journey toward personal growth and mental well-being.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Psychology, Mental Health, and Counseling Psychology to provide effective interventions and personalized care.
- Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and other professionals.
- Experience with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and work independently in both in-office and remote settings.
- Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Salary : $40,000 - $80,000
