Overview:
Responsible for providing NOC services including technical support, monitoring, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of converged data/voice networks (wired & wireless).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, problem resolution, and network management.
- Act as primary point of contact for customers and coordinate with vendors.
- Monitor network performance, security, and unauthorized activities.
- Prioritize and assign tickets; manage RMA equipment procurement.
- Develop and update policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
- Support planning, forecasting, and project management tasks.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of secure network switching/routing, layer 1 cabling, and business system analysis.
- Ability to analyze and present networking solutions and findings.
- Minimum: Associate’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience with LAN/WAN.
Preferred:
- Experience with network management tools (SolarWinds, ServiceNow).
- CCNA certification.
Other Details:
- Remote role with occasional onsite support.
- Must be flexible for overtime, rotating shifts, and outage support.
