Bilingual Accountant Coordinator
Utilize accounting software NetSuite and QuickBooks Desktop and Online is needed prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance sheet P&L, AR and AP Reports) for management purpose.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bilingual Accountant with strong experience in QuickBooks and NetSuite and Spanish language proficiency to join our finance team. Duties
- Manage full-cycle corporate accounting activities, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable processing using NetSuite and other financial software.
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulatory standards.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Assist with regulatory reporting requirements, including tax filings and other statutory obligations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize cash flow management and financial planning.
- Mentor junior team members in accounting best practices, technical accounting issues, and the use of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
Skills
- Fluency in Spanish is required; excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP system for managing complex accounting processes.
- Support to transfer software from QuickBooks Desktop and Online to Netsuite.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Proficiency in financial software including QuickBooks, Quicken, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft or equivalent tools.
- Deep understanding of technical accounting concepts such as accrual accounting, double-entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, journal entries, and account reconciliation.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret financial reports accurately and prepare detailed financial statements.
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable, Collections and Purchasing
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform cash flow analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial management tasks confidently.
