Salesforce Business Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst Consultant with strong Salesforce experience to support enterprise application initiatives by gathering requirements, defining user stories/use cases, analyzing business processes, and partnering with technical teams to deliver system enhancements and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and system requirements
- Create user stories, workflows, wireframes, process flows, and functional specifications
- Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, development, and QA teams
- Support Agile/Scrum delivery and facilitate UAT activities
- Analyze current and future-state business processes
- Provide recommendations on best practices and process improvements
- Collaborate with onshore/offshore development teams to ensure successful implementations
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- 5 years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise environments
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Experience Cloud
- Expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira
- Experience documenting integrations between enterprise systems
- Strong business process analysis, workflow design, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with wireframes, swim lanes, use cases, and AS-IS/TO-BE documentation
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Preferred Skills:
- Manufacturing or durable goods industry experience
- Experience with Lucidchart and Google Workspace
- CBAP certification preferred
