Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst Consultant with strong Salesforce experience to support enterprise application initiatives by gathering requirements, defining user stories/use cases, analyzing business processes, and partnering with technical teams to deliver system enhancements and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and system requirements
• Create user stories, workflows, wireframes, process flows, and functional specifications
• Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, development, and QA teams
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery and facilitate UAT activities
• Analyze current and future-state business processes
• Provide recommendations on best practices and process improvements
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore development teams to ensure successful implementations

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 5 years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise environments
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Experience Cloud
• Expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira
• Experience documenting integrations between enterprise systems
• Strong business process analysis, workflow design, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with wireframes, swim lanes, use cases, and AS-IS/TO-BE documentation
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Manufacturing or durable goods industry experience
• Experience with Lucidchart and Google Workspace
• CBAP certification preferred
