Are you a sharp, multi-talented professional who loves turning operational complexity into smooth, organized success? We are seeking an energetic and detail-minded Accounting & Operations Coordinator to serve as a vital bridge between our financial reporting and day-to-day supply chain management.
In this dynamic, high-impact role, you will report directly to the Director of Operations, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Controller to ensure seamless alignment across financial and operational workflows.
You won't just enter data—you will actively keep our business engine running smoothly. You will take ownership of key clerical accounting functions (AP/AR, invoice processing, and vendor reconciliations) while partnering closely with our supply chain team to provide cost/price estimating support, purchase order tracking, and support customer/supplier relationships.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of accounting experience, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment is encouraged.
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint and OneDrive.

Key Highlights of the Role:
- Financial Accuracy & Oversight: Execute routine accounts payable/receivable workflows, standard invoice matching, and ledger entries with precision under the guidance of the Controller.
- Supply Chain Support: Track inventory receipts, process purchase orders, and ensure seamless alignment between physical shipments and financial records for the Director of Operations.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a central communication link between vendors, operations teams, and finance leadership to resolve discrepancies and keep workflows moving forward.
