Key Responsibilities:
Assembly: Assemble various mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic equipment byfollowing blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Installation: Install components such as motors, gears, and electrical parts onto machinery.
Testing: Perform testing on completed equipment or components to ensure proper function and alignment.
Quality Control: Inspect and verify the quality of all components and the final assembled product for defects, ensuring compliance with standards.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve any issues with equipment assembly, making adjustments as necessary.
Maintenance Support: Assist in the maintenance or repair of machinery when required.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, parts used, and tests conducted.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, quality assurance teams, and other assemblers to ensure efficient production.
Safety: Follow safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant training is a plus.
