This rotational internship at Aginsky Capital Group (aka ACG – www.aginskycapital.com) is open to college seniors, recent grads, and graduate students. It’s designed to give you hands-on experience across all aspects of running a business - from private equity roll-ups and M&A, to marketing, business operations, property management, and launching new ventures.

As an intern, you’ll:

• Work full-cycle on a private equity rollup within facilities maintenance space
• Handle the property management of a food cart pod and assist with the market research and business development of the pod -www.montavillafoodcarts.com.
• Find and research possible business development avenues for Atlas Facilities Maintenance (ww.atlasfacilities.com) & ABDM (http://a-bdm.com)
• Provide day-to-day operational support for Atlas Facilities Maintenance & ABDM (ACG entities) in accounting, marketing, procurement, HR, and operations.
• Assist in launching a new business that seeks to bring high-quality, tasty food right to your building – www.freshbites.co.
• Analyze financials: from forensic accounting to creating financial projections.
• Identify and gather information on potential targets for M&A.

Requirements:

• Open to Bachelor’s and Master's degree holders or those currently finishing their degree.
• Business-related majors strongly preferred (Business, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Communications, etc.)
• In-person Portland, OR (with some flexibility for remote work).
• Full-time preferred, but part-time welcome. Flexible with scheduling
• CPT/OPT candidates welcome; visa sponsorship possible later.
