Senior Living Advisor Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals, social workers, and other key referral sources to generate appropriate referrals to build clientele. Serve clients and their families to ensure they are educated and supported through the touring and moving process into Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care communities.
- Implement effective marketing to build community awareness, including sales calls, events, presentations and social media
- Effectively track and interpret marketing data for development and implementation of a strategic plan and objectives
- Conduct client discovery calls, home visits and tours to help locate senior living solutions
- Utilize CRM system to reflect lead status
- Notify and appropriately communicate with partnering facilities during placement process
- Complete quarterly marketing analysis on all senior communities to obtain accurate rates and specials
- Build a network of local moving resources to provide to clients (ie real estate agents, moving companies, attorney, financial planners, etc)
- Ensure placement goals are met consistently
- Uphold standard of service to ensure client satisfaction
Senior Living Advisor Requirements:
- Three (3) or more years’ experience in Marketing/Admissions in a healthcare or senior living-related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet navigation
- Ability to demonstrate proven success in consistently meeting or exceeding marketing targets and goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to work independently and with a team
