Aging Network Services, a well-established, 44-year-old private geriatric care management and psychotherapy practice is expanding! ANS is looking to add an empathetic, collaborative, and motivated Geriatric Care Manager to the team. The work of the care manager is focused on easing the stresses of older adults and their families as they face the challenges of aging.
The job entails more relationship building than paperwork. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping clients move through their resistance, connecting them with appropriate resources, and offering emotional support and psychoeducation to clients and their families. The work is rich, clinically complex, and intensely rewarding.

Candidates with an MSW preferred, related degrees considered. Full-Time preferred; will consider Part-Time. Two hours of weekly clinical supervision provided.
