About the Role:

As a Home Health Aide with Aging in Place, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing light housekeeping and laundry services

• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition

• Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' conditions

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with daily living activities, such as using the bathroom and taking medication

• Help clients with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation

• Monitor and report changes in client conditions to the healthcare team

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Ability to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
