Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in California. The Healthcare Assistant will provide day-to-day support to elderly clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and ensuring the safety and comfort of clients. Responsibilities also include manual handling and patient care tasks, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and promoting client well-being through effective communication and empathetic interaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Manual Handling skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Patient Care abilities
- Knowledge of Medicine and Health & Safety practices
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is a plus
