Our continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our Mansfield, MA team.
About the Role
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for accurate data entry, effective communication with customers and contractors, and support across assigned accounts. Once trained on our products, processes, and systems, this individual will take on increased ownership of account activity, serving as a key liaison between our on-site production team, managers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and route incoming office calls
- Learn and effectively use our ERP system for part number creation, sales orders, and quotes
- Accurately process customer and contractor work orders
- Assist customers with product-related questions and general inquiries
- Resolve product or service issues by identifying concerns, determining root causes, and implementing solutions
- Track customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Work with customers and Account Managers to resolve pricing or invoicing discrepancies
- Collaborate with Project Managers to quality-check orders prior to shipment
- Independently manage small or special projects from start to finish
- Assist with internal and client-facing reporting as needed
Requirements
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and accuracy in all work
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Experience with CAD, ERP systems (Acumatica), or signage industry familiarity
