Agility Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients on their journey to recovery and performance.
Position SummaryAs a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an onsite clinical setting. You’ll assist with treatment delivery, implement therapeutic plans, and help create a positive experience that supports progress and long-term outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist licensed Physical Therapists in providing therapeutic treatments as directed by the patient’s plan of care.
Prepare treatment areas and ensure patients are set up safely and comfortably for each session.
Support implementation of exercise programs, therapeutic modalities, and mobility/strength interventions.
Document patient care activities accurately and timely according to clinic procedures.
Communicate with the care team to support continuity of care and timely updates on patient progress.
Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and ability to meet applicable state licensure or certification requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
Commitment to patient safety, professional conduct, and confidentiality.
Ability to assist with patient transfers and therapeutic activities as required in a clinical environment.
Reliability and organization in maintaining accurate documentation and follow-through on patient schedules.
Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports performance, or rehabilitation settings.
Experience working with diverse patient populations and adapting care to different needs and goals.
Familiarity with documentation practices and clinical workflows used in rehabilitation environments.
Comfort supporting patients with exercise coaching and form/safety cues.
Hourly rate: $27.00 - $38.00
