We are hiring a Production Supervisor for a wholesale bakery operation in Hayward, CA. This is a floor-first leadership role reporting directly to the Production Manager.
What You'll Do:
- Run day-to-day production floor operations safely and efficiently
- Supervise and develop production team members
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and food safety requirements
- Monitor line performance and address issues in real time
- Enforce GMP, HACCP, and OSHA compliance
- Communicate production updates and issues to the Production Manager
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of production supervisory experience in food and beverage manufacturing
- Baking experience a plus but not required
- Strong floor leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of GMP and food safety standards
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
