Agility MFG Inc. located in Dover NH has an opening for a full-time, soldering technician.
Electronics Soldering Technician Job Responsibilities:
- Perform electronic assembly and soldering of components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Execute through-hole and surface mount technology (SMT) soldering
- Rework and repair circuit boards as needed
- Wire and assemble electronic components per specifications
- Apply epoxies, RTV, and conformal coatings
- Follow work instructions, drawings, and quality standards
- Perform additional assembly or production duties as assigned
Electronics Soldering Technician Requirements and Qualifications:
- Prior electronics soldering experience required
- Experience with PCB assembly preferred
- Familiarity with through-hole and SMT processes
- Ability to perform detailed, repetitive work with a high level of accuracy
- Basic computer skills preferred but not required
- Ability to pass an onsite soldering assessment

We work a 10 hour, 4-day schedule Tues-Fri with flexible start times. These are first shift positions, no nights or weekends required.
